*After initial evaluation, you and your therapist can decide which package would best fit your needs and budget. If you do not see a package that fits your budget, reach out. I will work with you, so we can close the gap in women's health.

*Many Illinois PPO plans have 60-80% reimbursement for "out-of-network physical therapy." If you are planning for filing for insurance reimbursement, please check with your insurance provider.
